I’m Dave Rimmer, the founder of Girls In Gloves. I have been deeply involved in female boxing since 2017.

I have trained six national champions, one of whom went on to win a European Gold Medal. I served as the National Development Coach for Team England and have also been a Coach Educator for England Boxing.

Girls in Gloves is a boxing program for girls aged 13 to 19 that promotes both physical fitness and mental well-being.

It offers a supportive environment where participants can learn boxing skills, boost confidence, and manage stress.

The program also caters to girls who wish to compete, providing the training and guidance needed to step into the ring and take part in competitions.
