ABOUT OUR
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Our After-School Boxing Clubs for girls are designed to keep girls active during the critical ages when they often drop out of sports. With top-tier coaching, we create a fun and structured environment that encourages fitness, discipline, and teamwork. These sessions not only boost self-confidence but also help girls stay engaged with physical activity, fostering a positive relationship with sport and well-being during their teenage years

Our After-School Boxing Club offers girls from Year 8 to Year 13 the chance to learn boxing in a safe, welcoming environment.
These sessions are designed to keep girls active during the critical teenage years, when participation in sports often declines. We focus on teaching basic boxing techniques, building fitness, and developing self-discipline.

Led by experienced coaches, each session is engaging and tailored to suit all skill levels, ensuring every girl feels supported and challenged.
Alongside physical fitness, the club promotes self-confidence, respect, and personal growth, empowering girls both inside and outside the ring.
It's a fantastic way to stay active, make new friends, and build important life skills.
